Solution for contamination control on 3 pre-treatment stages (30m3 – 166m3 – 230m3) of an automotive paint line. Engineering Support during phased installation by Eisenman Germany, Dürr Germany and IAM Germany.
Our contribution to this project concerns the delivery of:
- 3x Suparator® type 88/4500
- 3x Q-Filter® type QF150, including surge tank
- 3x Q-Filter® type QF300, including surge tank
- 2x Q-Mag® type QM05, integrated on Suparator®
- Application analyses on site & Project Engineering
- Engineering Support for design and integration
- Filter cloth selection and supply
- Commissioning and training on site
