In case you need our technical support you can always contact our Support Desk. An important part of our delivery is our Lifelong Free Support. This means that, during the entire lifetime of our equipment, you can count on our free technical support. Our Product Specialists are available 24/7 to solve your problem.

How does our support work?

If you need support instantly, just call us on +31 73 220 0030 and ask for our Support Desk. In all other situations, send an email to support@esselent.eu or fill out the contact-form on our website with your request for support. For a unique registration, we register each individual request by assigning a ‘Support Ticket’ and we make sure that the right support engineer with the right expertise will handle the request.

Now your request is registered: what’s next?

As soon as the question is clear, we will immediately start helping you to solve your problem. We aim to answer all questions immediately, or at least within a few hours. In some cases it can take some more time because of time differences around the world. Because our equipment is installed all over the world, Remote Assistance is common to us. If necessary, we can be ‘your eyes and ears on-site’ to find the cause of a malfunction or problem. We use for example Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, WeChat, Google DUO or simply… by telephone.

In the exceptional case that we cannot find the solution by remote assistance, we will come over and solve the problem… where ever you are located!

What is in it for our partners?

Because we take responsibility for the right operation of our equipment during its entire lifetime, we take ‘the weight of after-care’ from our partner’s shoulders. The advantage is that you don’t need to invest time and manpower in after-care for our equipment. If required, you as a partner can be kept informed of the progress.
