Modification / Optimization of existing pre-treatment line.

Solution for contamination control on three pre-treatment stages (25m³ – 45m³ – 45m³) in order to improve bath life and process quality.

The project included the process design and engineering according to ‘the Esselent concept’ (which is based on cascade), the overhaul and optimization of existing Suparator® Systems and the replacement of conventional low efficient vacuum filters by Q-Filter® Active Vacuum Belt Filters. This makes filtration down to 5µm possible.

Integration and installation by IPCS GmbH with Engineering Support by Esselent Solutions.

Our contribution to this project concerns the delivery of:

• 2x Suparator® Dynamic Oil Separator type 84/810 (overhaul, addition of rake skimmer and tracing / heating)
• 2x Flotation tank 3m³, including Suparskim® floating skimmer
• 1x Q-Mag® Automatic Magnetic Separator type QM10
• 2x Q-Filter® Active Vacuum belt Filter type QF150 including customized Surge Tank
• Project engineering and process technical design.
• Technical Advice and Engineering Support on the right integration
• Filter cloth selection and supply
• Commissioning and training on site
