Esselent Solutions was invited by EKK Anlagentechnik in Friedberg (Germany), to give a lecture at their annual Forum Innovation – Automotive. Our lecture, given by Marcel van Hulten (Managing Director), was titled:
‘Bath maintenance: Expertise makes the concept, the concept makes the efficiency’.
Presentation.
Under the great attention of process experts from the automotive industry, we presented our unique concept for bath maintenance and contamination control. To Esselent’s concept, the complexity of separating oil and dirt requires an approach, not just focusing on equipment.
The influence and combinations of certain details are decisive in how to get to the right solution, which is specific for each application. By using recognizable and sometimes confronting examples from practice, we have shown how significant the advantages of our innovative concept are.
In addition to the proven benefits in the field of process quality and cost savings, considerable profit is also achieved in reducing the carbon-footprint, helping companies to achieve their sustainability goals. Our concept has already proven itself in many pretreatment lines in the automotive- and coating industry, worldwide.

Later in the day we were also member of an expert panel, consisting of experts from EKK, BMW Munich, Audi Ingolstadt and BMW Leipzig.
