Suparator® units are the devices that do the actual separation. The special, patented, Suparator® construction inside concentrates the oil and separates it without water or chemicals.
Suparator® units are available in a large number of models and sizes from 300 liters volume and 500 l/h capacity up to 12.000 liters volumen and 25 m3/ capacity. The smaller unit, series 83, 84 and 86, require a feed pump with a constant flow, the larger 88 series units can handle a fluctuating flow and can be used with gravity feed or pump feed.
The series 86 units, with only two adjustments, make a very reliable and versatile system, which is used in large numbers in many industries and applications. Thanks to a wide range of powerful extensions, like flush headers and rake skimmers, the units can be used for the most challenging applications. With a flow ranging from 750 to 1200 l/h, they are suitable for aqueous cleaning baths of up to 5.000 liters in volume, to control the oil concentration and maximize the life of the medium. The are also used for coolant systems and many other applications.
With a footprint of 1.2 x 0,5 m2 they are very compact and easily integrated in existing situations. The standard configurations, fully assembled and tested prior to shipment, make it a unit which is easily installed and started up.

The 86/xxxGR11 configuration is the most commonly used configuration. It is the standard system for many application in both aqueous cleaning and coolant. Because of the many features which are available for this system it is also the unit which is used in many challenging, non-standard, applications.

The picture to the right shows an 86/320/002 in use, shortly after start up, showing very nicely how Suparator® works.
The series 84 are the logical next step up from the 86 series. The special Suparator® construction is incorporated as a module that is fitted in tanks of different size and shape.
The 84 series are meant for more demanding applications and processing of larger volumes of aqueous media. Special constructions like slanted bottoms for sludge accumulation are possible.

The series 88 systems are the high end of the Suparator® product range. Standard systems are available with a capacity of up to 25 m3/h!
Different from all other Suparator® systems, the 88 series units do not require a constant incoming flow. In fact they are designed for direct feed with integrated buffer capacity.
Skimmer, skimmer pump, effluent pump, sensors, controller and all interconnections; everything is integrated and fully assembled prior to shipment. It makes the 88 the easiest to integrate with your process with minimal on site installation cost.
The 88 series are the primary choise for automotive pre-treatment applications.

In all 88 systems, all equipment is fitted onto the unit, mounted behind the characteristic blue panels. All integrated, easily accessible for maintenance purposes.
The integration of all equipment reduces the on site installation activities to a minimum. If the system is supplied with its own control system, all that needs to be done is to connect the inlet, outlet and drain connections and the utilities (power, air and water).

In addition to the standard options (see options) the 88 package units can be provided with the following options:
